Justin Lundstedt has practiced Occupational Therapy in pediatrics and for over 20 years. Through school based intervention and his business, Achieve Life OT&PT PLLC, he continues to provide treatment, assessment, and consultation for clients with developmental needs, specializing in executive function deficits. Workshops for therapists, educators, and parents are offered on a variety of topics such as special education participation, child development, behavioral challenges, transition to adulthood, executive function, and other topics relevant to pediatrics. The focus is on a functional approach toward empowering students through education and collaboration of those who support them..

Course participation information 

Full attendance is required for the live portion of the program, and the times you log in and out will be recorded and documented. If you log in to a live webinar late or if you log out early, you may not be able to earn CEU.

Passing multiple online quizzes and completing a course evaluation will be required to earn continuing education credit.

Live Webinars allow presenter and participant interaction. The exam and course evaluation for these courses must be completed within 7 days of the event.

Self-paced courses include texts, video and audio recordings of live webinars, and multimedia formats. The exam and course evaluation for self-paced courses must be completed weekly prior to live interaction.

To participate in the course, complete the exam and course evaluation, and earn continuing education credit, you must complete the full course. Partial credit may be allowed and will be recognized on a case by case situation. Partial credit would include those self paced modules completed (plus exams) as well as recorded time for live participation.  Partial credit is not guaranteed.

We understand that circumstances may arise that require a presenter to cancel their participation in an online course. This cancellation policy outlines the procedures and guidelines in such situations to ensure transparency and provide appropriate solutions for participants.
  1. Presenter Cancellation:
In the event that the scheduled presenter for an online course must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the following steps will be taken:
  1. Notification:
2.1. Achieve Life OT & PT PLLC will promptly inform both the participants and the course organizer about the cancellation, providing the reason for the cancellation and any relevant details.
  1. Rescheduling:
3.1. Whenever possible, the course organizer will work with the presenter to identify an alternative date and time for the course.
3.2. Participants who have registered for the original session will be given the option to transfer their registration to the rescheduled session without any additional charges.
  1. Refunds:
4.1. If rescheduling is not feasible or if participants are unable to attend the rescheduled session, the course organizer will initiate a refund process for the affected participants.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will cover the full course fee.
  1. Access to Materials:
5.1. In case of a cancellation, the course organizer will make every effort to provide access to any course materials, handouts, or resources that were intended to be part of the session.
5.2. Access to the course materials may be provided through the course platform or via email.
  1. Communication:
6.1. The course organizer will maintain clear communication with participants throughout the cancellation and rescheduling/refund process.
6.2. Participants will be notified via email about any changes, options, and next steps.
  1. Force Majeure:
7.1. In cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, severe technical issues, or other emergencies, the cancellation policy may be adapted to address the specific circumstances.
7.2. The course organizer will make every effort to find suitable solutions in such exceptional cases.
  1. Participant Responsibilities:
8.1. Participants are encouraged to regularly check their email for updates from the course organizer regarding any changes to the schedule.
8.2. Participants should promptly communicate their preferences for rescheduling or refunds if applicable.
  1. Modifications to Policy:
9.1. This cancellation policy may be subject to modifications based on specific courses, presenters, and circumstances. Any modifications will be communicated to participants in advance.

Participant Cancellation
Participants who wish to cancel their enrollment in an online course must follow the guidelines outlined below:

2.2. The subject line of the email should include "Course Cancellation - [Course Name]" for easy identification
  1. Refund Eligibility:
3.1. Refunds will be processed based on the following timeline: 
Requests received [number of days] before the course start date: [Refund Percentage] refund of the course fee.
Requests received after the course start date: Refunds will be on a case-by-case basis.
  1. Refund Process:
4.1. Refund requests must include the participant's full name, course name, course start date, and reason for cancellation.
4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.
4.3. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the cancellation request and determining eligibility for refunds..
  1. Access to Course Materials:
5.1. Participants who have canceled their enrollment will lose access to all course materials, resources, and activities associated with the course.
  1. Transfer of Enrollment:
6.1. In lieu of a refund, participants may request to transfer their enrollment to a future offering of the same course, subject to availability.
6.2. The course organizer will work with participants to identify suitable dates for the transfer.
  1. No-Show Policy:
7.1. Participants who do not attend the course and do not provide a cancellation notice will not be eligible for refunds or transfers.
  1. Course Completion Status:
8.1. Participants who cancel their enrollment after the course has begun will not be eligible to receive a completion certificate or any associated credentials.
